He brings hands-on experience in electromechanical product design, bridging mechanical structure with embedded electronics and control systems, working directly with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, commercial vehicle OEMs, and engineering organizations bringing physical products to market.
Michael is also the architect behind Jarvis, the firm's in-house AI system. Unlike typical AI tools, Jarvis runs locally rather than through a web browser — a self-contained architecture built to evolve alongside AI capability itself, demonstrating the firm's ability to integrate intelligent systems directly into engineering and business operations.
